The Radisson SAS Hotel London Stansted Airport has launched a new “Responsible Business” training. Within the next 12 months, all 170 employees at the 500 bedroom hotel will attend an interactive and practical training on social, ethical and environmental responsibility, and learn how easily they can contribute to change the world – just by going to work. “Responsible Business is an integral part of our company”, comments Caroline Kersey, Human Recourses & Training Manager, who is also one of the companies Responsible Business Master trainers. “It is essential that all our employees understand how important their relationship to the community and environment is, and that they act accordingly, day by day. “ |
