We are delighted to welcome Andrew Harrison, MD Stansted Airport who will give us an overview of developments on the airport over the past year and perhaps some insight into the plans for 2015.

We are delighted to provide a Festive welcome drink upon arrival followed by a palate pleasing 4 course festive menu and a glass of wine with your meal.

A Charity raffle will be held on the day, so remember to bring along some extra cash!

(1) Parsnip and Chestnut Soup served with croutons
(2) Duck Pate served with plum chutney and toasted brioche
(3) Smoked Fish Salad served with toasted bread and lemon wedge

Main

(1) Roasted Turkey Breast with sage and onion stuffing, roasted rosemary potatoes, a medley of Brussels sprouts, carrots and chestnuts, served with a turkey jus
(2) Creamy Mushroom Ragout with spinach and nutmeg mash
(3) Pan fried Salmon with creamy dill mash, curly kale and saffron sauce

Dessert

(1) Chocolate Yule Log served with Christmas Pudding Ice Cream
