BAA Stansted ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ Award won by Matthew Cook, Head Concierge of the Radisson SAS Hotel London Stansted Airport.

Thurdsay, 11th September 2008:  BAA London Stansted Airport have awarded Matthew Cook, Head Concierge at the Radisson SAS Hotel London Stansted Airport the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ Award as part of the BAA London Stansted staff recognition scheme. He was presented with the award by Stewart Wingate, Managing Director of BAA London Stansted.
