Titus Johnson Stansted Airport Chamber members were treated to a presentation about Air Berlin given by Titus Johnson on Monday 13 July 2009
He painted the scene of how tough it has always been in the airline industry and that currently things are even tougher. However, Air Berlin is bucking the industry trend by expanding a ‘full bundled’ service and not segmenting.
Titus suggested Air Berlin as the best value in the market, with a culture underpinned by customer delivery - describing Air Berlin as the 'John Lewis' of the airline industry. In April Air Berlin celebrated their 30th Birthday with thanks to BAA at Stansted Airport. Held at the Manor of Groves Hotel, members then enjoyed wonderful food and a convivial in this picturesque setting. Keep an eye on this website for the next competition... Two airline transferrable tickets for any Air Berlin flight from Stansted Airport
