Over 40 guests had the pleasure of attending a Champagne Launch held at Great Hallingbury Manor last night including representatives and fellow members from SACC, BAA, EOS Airlines, Great Leighs Race Course, Coke Gearing Consulting and Stansted Audi all of whom joined Peter Swinburn. Great Hallingbury Manor is proud to play its eco-friendly part in every current aspect and future development on the property and is installing air-source heating technology, which harnesses the surrounding air and, using a split system heat pump, converts it to heat. At optimum levels, air-source heating can deliver up to three times more energy than it consumes. Water usage will also be reduced through aqua-recycling. And, of course, environmentally friendly products will be used in rooms, restaurants and kitchens throughout the hotel.
